Introduction

created from all my fruit that was going bad... created from all my fruit that was going bad...
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 banana
    2 pears
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup low fat or nonfat yogurt
    1/2 cup raw sugar
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup walnuts (optional)

Directions

Mash banana & pears. Add eggs, yogurt & sugar until incorporated. Add oatmeal, flour, salt, soda, powder & cinnamon. Stir in walnuts. Pour into 9x9 pan or muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
