    1 cup Oat flour
    1 t sugar
    2 t baking powder
    1 pinch of salt
    1 whole egg
    4 egg whites
    1/3 c unsweetened almond milk
    2 T natural peanut butter, no salt
    5 spays of butter spray per pancake
    1-2 t Cary's Sugar Free Syrup per pancake


Mix dry ingredients in a blender. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Add wet to dry and mix until blended.
Cook on a pan heated and sprayed with Pam. Cook until bubbles pop on med low heat. Then, flip and cook for another minutes.

Serve with spray on butter and sugar free syrup.
