Ingredients

    250ml water boiling
    100g oatflakes
    100ml water
    1 tbsp vinegar
    1 tbsp sugar
    400g wheat flour
    1 tsp salt
    7g dry yeast

Directions

soak oattflakes in boiling water (20min)
put water, vinegar and sugar in breadmaker
add soaked oats
add flour
add salt
add yeast
put mashine on normal, medium crust
bake for 3 hours
