Ingredients

    29 oz. lean, ground burger or turkey burger
    2 cups finely diced green peppers
    1 cup finely diced onion
    1 cup "Panko" style crumbs ( "Japanese" bread crumbs )
    3 egg whites
    1 minced garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic paste
    1 Tbs. Italian spice or fresh Italian herbs
    1 tsp. red crushed pepper flakes (optional)

Tips

If serving with pasta, use Miracle Noodles in place of pasta or mix half Miracle noodles and half whole grain pasta to cut back on calories.


Directions

Roll into 2 inch balls and place on a sheet pan with wax paper or a lightly greased sheet pan. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce. (add additional sauce calories!)
