Introduction

Ingredients

1.5 pounds of Ground Beef
1 medium onion
1 cup celery
Saute above items in skillet until beef is brown and vegetables are softened.
Add all other ingredients, except for mayo, pepper and sour cream. Cook for about 15 minutes, then stir in mayo, cook an additional 10 minutes, and just before serving stir in pepper and sourcream last. Adjust spices to taste.
Serve over low carb noodles. I used zucchini noodles. For those not watching carb intake, you can serve over egg noodles.
Tips
Calories can be lowered by using fat free mayo and sour cream, also substituting ground turkey for ground beef.
