Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic, 1 clove grated
    Onions, raw, 1 small grated
    Rosemary, 1 tsp cropped
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 0.25 cup
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 1 oz grated to crumbs
    Parsley, 1 tbsp cropped
    *Oil Pam Olive

Tips

Quarter 4 medium potatos and add olive oil, parsley & rosemary add to same pan to cook at the same time.

Directions

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pan win Olive oil pam.
Mix all ingredients togeather & form into 4 small meatloaves. Bake in oven untill brown & no pink in the middle. (approx. 45 mins)
