12 Ice Cubes
12oz Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Avocado
1 1/2 Cup 1% Milk
1 Cup Raw Kale
3 Tbsp Mint Leaves
1tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Coconut Flake (unsweetened)
6 Packets Stevia in the Raw
3 Tbsp Chia Powder
Directions
Saving the ice cubes for last, blend all ingredients well. Make sure everything is pulverized before adding the ice cubes, so you don't lose the frozen appeal.
