Ingredients

    1 cup cornmeal

    1 cup flour

    1 tsp salt

    3.5 tsp baking powder

    4 tbsp Buttermilk powder (mix with dry ingredients)

    1 cup water

    1 egg

    2/3 cup sugar

    1/3 cup applesauce


    ***you can use actual buttermilk instead of the buttermilk powder and water***

Directions

mix and bake in well greased glass casserole dish for 20-25 minutes, at 400 degrees.
