Ingredients

    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    24 oz light garlic spaghetti sauce
    1 1/4 cup Light alfredo sauce.
    8 oz whole wheat lasagna noodles.
    15 oz fat free ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp pepper
    4 cups (16 oz) shredded low moisture part skim mozzerella cheese.
    10 oz frozen chopped spinach. (thawed and squeezed dry)
    1/2 cup Light grated parmesan cheese.

Directions

1.Combine garlic and onion with spaghetti sauce.
2. Spread 1 cup spaghetti mixture in an ungreased 5-6 quart slow cooker and arrange 1 layer of noodles over top.
3. In a small bowl combine pepper, ricotta and parmesan cheese. Spread half over 1st layer of noodles.
4. Layer 1 cup mozzerella cheese and 1 cup spaghetti mixture.
5. Top with one layer of noodles followed by a layer of the spinach (all of it).
6. Layer alfredo sauce (1 1/4 cup) followed by a layer of mozzerella cheese (1 cup)
7. Add 1 layer noodles followed by 1 layer remaining ricotta cheese mixture.
8. Add 1 cup mozzerella cheese followed by 1 cup spaghetti sauce and any remaining noodles.
9. Add remaining spaghetti sauce if, any sprinkle with the rest of the mozzerella cheese.
10. Turn your slow cooker on Low until noodles are done. 3 1/2 to 4 hours tops. :)

Serving Size: Makes 11.5 1/2 cup servings (150 grams)
