Introduction

Ingredients

    1 !/4 Cups of non fat milk
    2 Tbsp. of olive oil
    2 Tbsp. of sugar
    1 1/2 Tsp. salt
    1/2 Cup of packed raisins
    1 Tsp. of cinnamon
    2 Cups of white flour
    1 1/4 cups of whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 Tsp. of yeast

Tips

This dough can be mixed in machine and removed to shape into a loaf and baked in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes, which is how I made this recipe.


Directions

Measure ingredients into pan.
Insert pan securely into baking unit, close lid.
Select appropriate setting.
Push start button.
Use oven mitts to remove pan from unit.
Remove bread from baking pan.
Allow to cool before slicing.
