Introduction

I made this as an easy take along breakfast for camping but it turned out so well it is giving me all kinds of ideas. I made this as an easy take along breakfast for camping but it turned out so well it is giving me all kinds of ideas.

Ingredients

    3 slices sourdough bread cut in cubes
    3 large eggs
    1 c. nonfat milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbl cinnamon
    1 tsp cardamon

Tips

I ate it w/ 1 cup non fat milk but it can also be eaten alone. Could easily substitute other dried fruit and or adjust sweetness to your liking. Happy about this one :D


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together all ingredients except bread. Once mixed stir in bread cubes. Let them soak a few minutes while you lightly spray 8 x 8" pan w/ cooking spray.
Bake for about 30 minutes until it tests done in center
