    1 bunch of Asparagus
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Salt and Black Pepper to taste
    1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 tbsp Reduced Fat Feta Cheese


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss asparagus with tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper.

Arrange tossed asparagus in single layer on foil lined rimmed cookie sheet.

Place in the oven, roast until tender and the tips are golden and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix Dijon Mustard, vinegar, and tbsp. olive oil and a dash of salt and pepper. Whisk until will mixed.

Place asparagus on a serving plate, drizzle with mustard/vinegar mixture. Sprinkle with Reduced Fat Feta Cheese.
