Ingredients

    Tart filling
    Red, green and yellow peppers 2 cups
    Eggs 3
    Milk 0% 50 cc
    Onion 1

    Tart base
    White flour 1 cup
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Water 100 cc

Directions

Mix flour, oil (2 tbsp) and water in the food procesor.
Rest for 20-30 min
Roll out and put in a tart dish. Reserve in fridge.

Use brunoise cut for peppers.
Put in a pan 1 tbsp oil, onions (chopped), and pepper.
Let them soft.
Then add milk, parmesan and eggs.

Put all this into the tart base.

180 ÂșC, 30 min

    This is very good, however, I did have a little difficulty converting to American measures. - 4/20/10
