    4 large eggs
    1 oz light cream
    2 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage patties
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar 2%
    1/4 cup chopped spinach
    salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 350 and spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
Wisk together eggs and light cream. Add crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar and chopped spinach. Add salt and pepper or other seasonings if desired. Fill muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes. Quiche are done when knife inserted into center comes out clean. Feel free to add or replace sausage and spinach with any other fillings you may peppers, mushrooms, bacon bits.

Serving Size: Make 12 mini quiche, serving size is 3
