Ingredients

    2 cans of Black eyed peas (15.8 oz.)
    1 can of petite diced tomatoes (14 oz.)
    1 medium jalapeno
    1 small onion (chopped)
    1/2 of a yellow pepper (chopped)
    1/4 cup of cilantro (chopped)
    6 Tbls. red wine vingar
    6 Tbls. olive oil (not extra virgin)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin

    Mix together and refrig. Serve with nacho chip or crackers.
