Ingredients

    1/4 c flaxseed meal
    1/2 teas. baking powder
    dash salt
    2 teas. olive oil
    1/2 teas. oregano
    1/2 teas. basil
    1/4 teas garlic powder
    1 egg

Tips

Zero net carbs. Earthy flavor. Great for egg salad or tuna salad.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large microwavable coffee mug. Microwave on high for 68 seconds.

Let cool.

Cut in half and toast.
