Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 Sweet Yellow onion
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Red Wine, 4 fl oz
    Balsamic Vinegar, 10 tbsp
    3tsp Olive Oil


Tips

If the reduction gets too thick, you can add a tablespoon of butter

I sometimes make it with a slice of bacon as well if I'm feeling particularly naughty ;)


Directions

1. Begin by mining the garlic, onions, and bell peppers
2. Sautee each, one at a time, in 1 tsp of olive oil
3. While sauteeing, combine wine and vinegar, reducing to half the amount
4. Combine all ingredients and spoon over desired meat

Serving Size: Enough for 2 steaks
