    1.5 cups Almond Milk, unsweetened
    1 Banana, fresh or frozen
    2 Tbls. Natural Peanut Butter
    2 cups (apprx., large handful) Baby Spinach
    1 Tbls. Chia Seeds

Tips

Frozen bananas will blend better if they are cut into slices first.


Directions

Throw everything in a blender & blend until smooth
