Ingredients

    Egg white from carton 4 Tbs.
    Mixed bell pepper chopped 2 tbs.
    Spinach fresh leaves 7
    Mrs. Dash Spicy 1 dash
    pepper 1 dash
    sea salt 1 dash
    Bagel Flat plain
    Salsa 2 tbs.

Tips

The egg white is more done that it looks when you go to fold it over carefully. prepare omelet part as quickly as possile as not to burn the egg white.


Directions

Toast the Bagel thin slices and set aside on serving plate. In small skillet spray with Pam cooking spray. Add to skillet 4 tbs. of egg white. lay spinach leaves on top spread out. Put chopped peppers on top spread out. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Spicy, sea salt, pepper on top and let firm up 1 minute. Put heart Smart cheese on this and then begin folding over the egg white omelet carefully forming into a pile or square. Lay Egg mixture on toasted bagel. Top with 2 tbs. of salsa. Put one top of the bagel on top and enjoy!
