Ingredients

    600gms of organic chicken breast (cubed)
    2 large red onions (diced)
    1 large zuccinis (diced)
    3 medium carrots (diced)
    4 sticks of celery (diced)
    5 cloves of garlic (minced)
    1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
    1 teaspoon of thyme
    250gms of frozen chopped spinach
    1 cup of uncooked risoni pasta
    1 litre of vegetable stock

Directions

place all the ingredients in a large soup pot with enough water to cover. bring to boil and simmer for 30 mins.
