Ingredients

    Ripe Red Tomatoes - approx 6 large
    Onions, raw - 1 large (Bermuda preferred)
    Green Bell Pepper - 1 large
    Yellow/Red/Orange Bell Peppers - 1 each medium
    Garlic - 4 cloves finely chopped
    Cilantro, raw - 1 bunch chopped
    Lime Juice - 1 medium squeezed
    Light Beer - 4 fl. oz
    Hot Pepper Sauce - 4 tsp (Tapatio perferred)
    Salt - 2 tsp
    Pepper, black - 2 tsp
    Garlic Powder - 2 tsp
    Jalapeno Pepper - 1 medium

Directions

Chop Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Cilantro, and Jalapeno Pepper and combine in bowl. Add freshly squeezed lime juice, light beer, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, salt, and balck pepper to bowl. Stir well. Serve or refridgerate.
