Ingredients

    1T brummel & brown
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. scallions, chopped
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
    1 can healthy request cr. of chicken soup
    1/4c. water
    cayenne pepper to taste
    brown rice

Directions

4 servings

Saute celery, green pepper and scallions until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes until warm. Mix soup & water, then add. Add cayenne pepper (optional), and heat through.
