Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Strip steaks, about 1/2 - 3/4 lb each
    Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
    Bacon, thick sliced, 8 slices
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tb
    Red Wine vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, 2 Tb
    Romaine Lettuce, 5 cup, shredded
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium, sliced

Directions

Grill the steaks 10 - 12 minutes each, turning twice.
To make the dressing:
Transfer cooled, cooked bacon to food processor (make sure it has cooled or your dressing will separate). Add the Worcestershire, vinegar, mustard, and some pepper. Combine and, with the processor running, stream in the olive oil.

Serving Size: Bed of lettuce and sliced tomatoes on each dinner plate, served wit 4 slices of steak and 2 Tb dressing
