Ingredients

    one small onion
    4 small yellow squash
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    2 cans low sodium chicken broth
    16 oz raw small shrimp
    1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

brown onion in coconut oil, add mushrooms, squash, shrimp, broth and cabbage. cook til shrimp are pimk and veggies to desired doneness
