1 pound Italian Turkey Sausage
1 pound 96% Lean Ground Beef
1 large Onion, chopped
1 can (28oz) Petitie Cut Tomatoes, undrained
1 can (6oz) Tomato Paste
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon Red Cayenne Pepper
10 cups Green Gabbage, shredded
Directions
In a large pot, brown turkey sausage, beef, and onion. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage; mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Makes 8 generous servings.
