Number of Servings: 16


    1 t sugar
    1 c warm water
    2 T olive oil
    1 pkg active yeast
    1 1/2 c white flour
    1 1/2 c wheat flour
    1 t salt


Makes 16 servings, hand tossed pizza crust

Combine sugar and water stirring until sugar dissolves. Add yeast and let stand for 10 min (until foamy). Add olive oil to water and stir. In seperate bowl mix flour and salt. Add flour mixture to the water mixture and mix until sticky ball forms. Knead dough for 5 min and cut in half. Cover and let rise for 10 minutes. Roll out each half and let rise for 15-30 minutes or desired thickness.

Cook 425 for 18-22 minutes
