Ingredients

    4 cups blueberries
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
    2/3 cups dry oats
    2 Tablespoons Smart Balance
    2 tablespoons Pure Coconut oil
    1/3 cup Splenda
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 Tablespoons Milled Flax seed
    1/3 cup brown sugar

Tips

You may need to increase the temperature towards the end if it is not crisping, but be careful, it can scorch easily.

You can also use different types of fruits like blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches, apples, etc.


Directions

1. Set oven to 350
2. Toss blueberries in white sugar and cornstarch and put in greased baking dish
3. Combine in separate bowl: oats, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar and Splenda
4. Cut in Smart Balance and coconut oil
5. Mix in flax seed.
6. Spread mixture loosely over top of berries
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes
