Ingredients


    2 lbs ground beef
    *Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Crushed (Muir Glen Organic) (28 oz)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped
    *Beans, Eden Organic Black Soy 15ozcan/425gm
    *2 alarm chili mix, 1 serving
    2 c Water

Tips

Serve with Cheese, sour cream, green onions, and any other low carb toppings desired.


Directions

Sautee Onions until translucent, add ground beef and brown.
Add Chili mix (except masa flour), tomatoes, beans, and 2c water.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
