Introduction

A healthy soup to fill you up when you're hungry but don't want to go over your calorie limit. And depending on the base you use, this can easily be a vegan option. Ingredients

    3 cups celery - chopped
    2 cups cabbage - chopped
    1 cup onion - chopped
    1 tbs tomato paste
    2 tsp better than bouillon base (any flavor)
    4 cups water
    Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Thyme, and Basil to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to stock pot and simmer until veggies are tender.

Optional: When finished cooking, blend to make a smooth soup.

Serving Size: Approx. six 1 cup servings.
