Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - head Cauliflower, raw
    1 - bunch - Broccoli, fresh
    2 - med - large -Summer Squash
    2 - med - large -Zucchini
    2 - cups - Green Beans (snaps)
    1/4 - cup - Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2 - cloves - Garlic

Directions

Cut the veggies up and either put in a steamer and cook or in the microwave and steam until tender.

Season like you wish.
