Number of Servings: 4

5 Tbsp lite soy sauce, divided
    1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 lb flank steak, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp cooking sherry
    2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 Tbsp honey
    1 Tbsp chili sauce
1/4 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
    1 scallion, chopped
    1/4 tangerine, zested
    1 Tbsp sesame seeds

1. In a small bowl, combine 3 Tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well. Place sliced beef in a large Ziploc bag and pour in soy mixture. Seal completely and let marinate at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Whisk together the sherry, hoisin, honey, chili sauce, remaining soy sauce and tangerine juice until completely combined.

3. In large wok, heat oil on high heat. Add the ginger and beef and cook 5 minutes. Lower the heat to medium, add the sauce mixture and cook an additional 2 minutes, until sauce thickens. Garnish with scallions, tangerine zest and sesame seeds.
