    1/2 cup nonfat yogurt plain
    1 1/2 T. honey
    1/4 t. cinnanon
    1 T lemon juice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. crushed pineapple (drain)
    2 c. carrots (shredded)

Directions

combine yogurt honey cinnon and limon jiuice to make dressing
add rest of ingedents
chill for at least 15 mins.
