This is a good choice if you feel you really need something sweet. Stores well in the freezer. Ingredients

    4 large, ripe bananas skinned weight approx 550 g
    250 g skimmed milk
    1tsp vanilla -5g
    Canderel Sweetener 2 tbs - 4g


Tips

Add 1 heaped tbs (12g) non sweetened cocoa and blend.
It is a great idea to make a full batch without cocoa, put half in a container. Add cocoa to the remaindered and re blitz. You then have a choice on following nights. If storing in the freezer for a few days, take out of the freezer for a while before serving.


Directions

Skin and slice bananas. Put onto a baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper and freeze several hours or overnight.
Place all into a blender and whizz until thoroughly blended.
Put into a bowl and weigh to work out nutrition accurately.
Serve to applause.
