Ingredients

3 cups of organic baby kale, washed
3/4 cup fresh organic blueberries
1/2 cup fresh organic blackberries
5 medium-large organic strawberries, hulled and halved
2 TB of Hodgson Milled Flax Seed
Water (filtered or bottled)
Tips
You can substitute any type of green for the kale, and any types of berries could be used. Nuts or seeds of any type (raw, organic) could be used in place of flax seed.
Directions
Use the large blending cup of your Nutri-Bullet juicer/food extractor. Pack the baby kale in tightly. Add all three types of berries, press down to fit as needed. Add the flax seed at the top. Fill to the "fill line" with filtered or bottled water. Pulse to blend to desired smoothness
