Ingredients

    noodles
    eggs & egg substitute
    vanilla
    dried apricots
    craisins
    splenda
    cinnamon
    cooking spray

Tips

you may also top with (lite) cherry or apricot pie filling or jam. i didn't have any at this time to add the calculations


Directions

cook noodles slightly less than recommended time. drain. mix all ingredients together (except topping) and add to (greased) 9x12 pan. cover with foil bake @375 for 1/2 hour. remove foil and (add topping at this point) and cook at least another 1/2 hour until browned
