Introduction

A healthy dip that is delicious with fresh veggies!! Very fast and simple to make. Makes 23 servings of 2 tablespoons each. A healthy dip that is delicious with fresh veggies!! Very fast and simple to make. Makes 23 servings of 2 tablespoons each.

Ingredients

    16 oz. pack frozen spinach
    1.5 cup sour cream
    3 tsp salt
    3 tsp pepper
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp dill weed

Tips

Especially yummy with orange, red, or yellow bell peppers:)


Directions

Thaw spinach and squeeze excess water out. Mix with sour cream. More or less sour cream can be used, depending on how much you like spinach:) Season to taste-- the amounts of seasonings given are rough and should definitely be adjusted to individual likings. Also, I used cumin powder, not the seed, but that was not available as an option when I entered the recipe.

Serving Size: makes 3.5 cups of dip
