Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    -2 15 oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    -Tbsp Worcestershire or soy sauce
    -3 Tbsp Peanut butter
    -2 eggs (replace with 2 Tbsp flax or chia seeds mixed with 6 Tbsp of water)
    -1 cup oats
    -1/2 cup bread crumbs
    -tsp cumin
    -tsp garlic powder
    -tsp onion powder

Directions

Line a baking sheet with tinfoil or parchement paper and spray it.
Preaheat oven to 400.
Mash all ingredients together or use an immersion blender.
Form into 8 patties and put onto baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
