Ingredients

5 large zuchini, sliced diagonally with a mandolin
1/4 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
900 grs ground meat
wild marjorm
bay leaf
pepper and salt
Rosemary
2 tomatoes diced
250 grs ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozarella cheese grated
1 jar low carb spagueti sauce
Directions
Slice Zuchini diagonally with a mandolin
Grill for a few minutes on both sides
place in a paper towel to dry
Chop 1/4 of an onion,
sauté with 2 talespoons olive oil
add 900 grs ground meat and cook adding wild marjoram, bay leafs, pepper, salt, and Rosemay
add 2 large tomatoes diced
let it slow cook for an hour.
Mix the ricotta cheese with one whole egg and 1/2 cup mozarella cheese grated, saparate
one low carb spaguetti sauce jar
After the meat is done, using a 9 inch mold, place some spaguetti sauce on the buttom and cover with zuchini slices, place a meat layer, cover with another zuchini layer, place a ricotta cheese mixture layer, cover with zuchini, and another layer of meat, Finish by a final layer of zuchini, cover with tomate sauce, spoon the riccotta cheese mix left and sparkle with mozarella cheese. Place in the Oven to warm
