Ingredients

    12.5 oz can of shredded white chunk chicken
    1 stalk of celery, diced
    20 baby carrots, sliced
    1 cup of frozen corn
    3/4 of a bag of yolk-free egg noodles
    6 cups of water
    4 chicken boullion cubes

Tips

For less sodium, use chicken breast tenderloins, cut into slivers. I didn't have any chicken, so I used canned! You could also make your own chicken broth.


Directions

Boil water and cubes until cubes are dissolved. Add chicken, carrots, and celery and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add egg noodles and corn and let cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with bread or crackers with cheese- perfect meal for warming up your body and heart!
