Ingredients

1/4 Unbleached Wheat Flour
1/4 cooked bulgur
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Flax milk (or any other liquid)
1 tsp apple sauce
Olive oil to cover surface of bread
Directions
1. Mix all dry ingredient
2. Mix wet ingredient and gradually add to dry mixture
3. Result should be damp but not sticky
4. Carve an X on the surface of the dough
5. Cover surface with a little bit of Olive Oil
6. Cook at 350 F for 40 minutes
