Ingredients

    Strawberries, fresh 3 cup, halves
jalapeņo Pepper, fresh 1 cup, diced finely
Sweet Red Pepper, fresh 1 coup, diced finely
Apple cider vinegar, 1 cup (Bragg's apple cider vinegar)
    Lemon Juice, 1 cup
Sure jell "No Sugar needed" pectin(1.75oz) 3 box
PureVia stevia packet 50 packet 2/3 cup or more

Tips

This was my first time making this and since I did not add any sugar it seems jelly did not set too hard and I use 3 box of pectin but could be adjusted. My fruits all came up top of the jar. May need to stir up when opened before serve.

Directions

All ingredients to 6-8 Qt. source pot except 1 box of pectin and stevia. Cook and simmer to bring to a boil.
Mix 1 box of pectin and stevia add to fruits mix. Stir vigorously minutes or so and boil a minute. Quickly ladle in to prepared hot jar. Leave 1/4 inch space to the top.
Close lid hand tight but not too tight. Give water bath 10-12 min. From the boiling point.

Serving Size: Makes 3 pint jar or 6-7 cups. 2 TBS per serving.

I did it and the consistency came out to chunky (possibly my fault) however, i used 1 cup of splenda and it is still very acidic when it set. Not sure if I can save this or dump it and start over and add more splenda. - 7/20/20
