Ingredients

    2 cups Nutty Wheat Flour
    1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
    0.5 cup Soy flour
    i Sachet Instant Yeast
    Olive Oil
    1 tsp Sugar
    Warm Water
    Pumpkin Seeds .23 cup
    Miracle Seeds 2 Tbsp
    1 egg

Tips

I add 1 Tbsp of Salt to make it tastier.


Directions

add all ingredients to an electric mixer. Mix all until flour balls away from sides. Put into Loaf Pan and allow to rise. Bake for 40 mins in a 180 degree oven. Let cool.
