Ingredients

    1 package House Foods Tofu Shirataki Macaroni
    2-3 strips crisp bacon, diced
    8 oz shredded pepper jack
    1 cup coconut milk
    1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray or grease a 1.5 quart deep casserole.
mac is already cooked (yay)
i precook the bacon in the oven & keep it in the freezer for easy additions to food.
Add other ingredients in the saucepan on medium heat.
Stir until melted pour over macaroni in prepared baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until sauce bubbles along the edges.
