Ingredients

    1can Libby's naturals corn no sugar no salt added 1can HEB Black Beans No Salt added
    1 med Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    1 med Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average,
    1tsp Chili powder
    1tsp Garlic powder
    1tsp Cumin (ground)
    1tsp Pepper, black
    2tbs Picanti Sauce - Pace

Tips

As a dip serve with chips, pita bread, or crackers.
If you want it hot add chopped jalapeno peppers.


Directions

Drain and rinse beans and corn. Chop onions and tomato. Mix everything together in a large bowl with a cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before use.If using as a topping for hot food serve at room temperature.
Be sure to stir well before serving.
