Ingredients

    1 lb ground bison
    1 cup chopped onion
    30-oz jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    3-1/2 cups water
    1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
    10-oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 tsp. beef bouillon granuales
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

cook beef and onion in skillet until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Transfer to slow cooker.Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover. Cook on low 8 hours.
