Introduction

Ingredients

    Dice or chop all veggies into bite sized pieces. Discard the woody part of the broccoli spear keeping only the flowerettes. Mix the ranch dressing mix with the skim milk and light mayonnaise. Pour 1/2 C. of the dressing over the veggies and mix well.

Tips

You can switch out the veggies for anything else you have growing in your garden or have purchased fresh.
