Ingredients

    1 lb brussel sprouts, outer leaves removed & cut in half
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lemon, juiced & grated
    2 Tbsp Gruyere cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add sprouts and cook 5 minutes. Add garlic to pan and cook 3 - 4 minutes, until garlic is fragrant and brussel sprouts are tender and cooked through.

2. Lower the heat and add lemon juice, zest, salt & pepper. Stir well.

3. Transfer sprouts to serving dish, sprinkle cheese over the top and serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
