Ingredients

    2 Cans of Black Beans with Jalapenos (not rinsed)
    2 Cans of White Beans (Rinsed)
    2 cans of Ranch Style Beans
    1 White Onion
    3 Red Fresno Chilies
    3 Pasilla Chilies
    Cumin Powder
    Coriander Powder
    Chili Powder
    Chipolte Pepper Powder

Tips

Can be served with shredded Jack Cheese and a sprinkle of Fresh Cilantro, with corn bread on the side.


Directions

Remove seeds from chilies and dice fine.
Dice Onion Fine
Saute onions and chilies with canola oil in small frying pan.
Add spices to your taste.
Rinse White Beans
Add all 6 cans of beans and sauteed vegetables to the slow cooker (crock pot) and simmer for three hours.
Adjust seasonings to your palate.
