Ingredients

    2 oz. ground beef
    1 tbsp onion, sauteed in olive oil
    3 small mushroom sauteed in butter
    1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    egg
    mozzarella cheese, chopped
    parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix, bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
