Ingredients

    2 cups chopped cucumbers
    1/4 cup bulgur, fine grained (to absorb the liquid of cucumbers)
    1/4 cup chopped radishes (about 4 medium radishes)
    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    3 Tbsp molasses syrup
    1 tsp sumac
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    salt, to taste
    juice of 1/2 lemon


Tips

Olive oil is optional!


Directions

Chop cucumbers. Add bulgur grains and lemon juice, leave to sit for 10 minutes.
Then add all other ingredients and stir.
